Coombe Hall is situated within a picturesque village inside a conservation area, therefore it is first and foremost ours and our neighbours' home. You are welcome to share our special place.

To hold your event at Coombe Hall, we ask that you keep in mind our requests:

  • Maximum 50 guests
  • Parking in pre-defined designated places only
  • Buffet style food
  • Children permitted until 6pm
  • All guests inside by 8pm
  • Events to finish by 10pm
  • Music played inside at a maximum of 80 Db
  • No balloons (we are a latex rubber-free venue)
  • No chocolate fountains, glitter/confetti/thrown rice
  • Venue fully cleared by 12pm next day

One of the special characteristics of our venue is the lovely village that it is situated in.

We are part of the Brandon community and our neighbours are very important to us. For this reason, we have very specific parking instructions that we ask you to adhere to.

Accessible parking is available for pre-booking on the front driveway – just ask your Host.

Vehicles can park on the slip-road in front of our long building as long as they are fully on the road, with no part on any pedestrian walkway.

After 4pm Monday to Thursday, after 12pm on a Friday and throughout weekends, the designated parking is a 3.5 minute walk away on Main Street, in the village of Brandon:

  • Follow the one-way road from The LEC on Rugby Road (towards Wolston) and park before the ‘STOP’ sign at the end of the one way road. Take care not to block the bus stop on the left or the driveway and house opposite!
  • Please do not park on any pavement or you may risk a fine, or a sticker placed on your windscreen.

Entering the Building

The main access to Coombe Hall is through large double gates. Please carefully close any gates or doors that you open to maximise our warmth, safety and security.

If you encounter any access problems, there is a 'RING' doorbell to the left of the double doors adjacent to the gates.


Please only smoke in the designated smoking area, to the rear of the gates.

You will find a wall-mounted ashtray here for you to dispose of your cigarette butt and ashes.


We are also dog lovers and Coombe Hall is suitable for your canine friends and family to join in your event. We even have dog flaps installed!

Coombe Hall is a professional conference and events space, set within The Learn2 Education Centre (LEC) in the picturesque village of Brandon, 6 miles from the M6/M69 junction and equidistant between Coventry and Rugby town centres.

Coombe Hall boasts:

  • Accessible and free parking (in pre-defined designated areas)
  • Wheelchair accessible internal and external spaces and washroom
  • Versatile hall space for boardroom or theatre-style seating for up to 45 people and open floor (with mirrors/combination of layouts)
  • Optional licensed bar (which may be hidden on request)

  • Breakout room with refreshment facilities included in all bookings
  • Additional boardroom with seating for 16*
  • Two fixed projectors with HDMI and Apple TV in each hired space
  • Covered and open external area with HDMI TV, Apple TV and WiFi
